We are making a trip to Pittsburgh, We have 2 maps one from google and one from mapquest. Which do u know to be more accurate? Also any good places in Chicago that you would recomend eating? Thanks!
I use both mapquest and Yahoo for my directions. I also look up the specific attraction I'm visiting on the internet to see if there are any specific instructions to follow for their directions. If the attraction website states a route that the other websites like mapquest and google don't, then I usually follow the attraction directions. Sometimes they will say "don't use mapquest or google's directions" for some certain reason. Listen to them in that case and use the attraction website's directions. The best thing you can do is have a good map of the area so if there are any problems, you can figure out an alternate route. I haven't had any problems with either mapquest or Yahoo, and I travel often. I rent out cars and drive wherever I go. I have found that the best map is often the one found in the visitor's guide of each city.
Here is a website for Pittsburgh. Check out that map because it is very accurate.

I'm going back to Pittsburgh in May, and I plan on using that visitor's guide map and the guide I received in the mail to get me around town.
As for Chicago restaurants, I always recommend a good, Chicago pizza. Deep dish is the favorite around here. One of my favorites is Lou Malnati's. There's one on 805 S. State Street, one in Lincoln Park at 958 W. Wrightwood, plus several other locations in the city and suburbs. Those are the only two places I've actually eaten. Most Chicago pizza restaurants have great pizzas. I've never eaten a bad pizza in Chicago. That's why I recommend Pizza.
