Making a "V" with ur fingers and flickering your tongue?

What does it mean when:
You make a "V" with your index and middle fingers and then you place it on top of you mouth and then you flicker your tongue up and down or sideways, what does that mean?

(Ive seen in many peoples facebook pictures)
Ive seen men doing it as well as women...
Also, sometimes they really don't "flicker the tongue" but they just stick the tongue out like in the picture...
 
It is a visual to represent cunnilingus, better known as oral sex. For a woman to do that to another woman represents Lesbian activity.
 
Its a rude comment to woman for them to open thier legs.
