I think this was in gossip girl, or something, but there's a game called Dare Night i think, and basically it's a scavenger hunt but like this:
divide everyone in two groups, then pair people off in partners within their groups. (ie. team a and team b, team a had 4 people, team b has four people, etc)
prior to the party, write a bunch of strange dares on a piece of paper and fold it three times. now, on the first flap you don't write anything, on the flap underneath that one, you write a dare for 1 point, such as "sing a silly show tune in public" (all of the dares have to be videotaped or photographed for proof) and then on the flap under that one, you write a bonus to the dare for an extra point like "make other people join in and sing too"
hang out these slips at random and then send everybody off. decide on a meeting place, or make sure everyone has a cell phone, then meet up at the end of the game and see who did how much of everything. the team with the most points wins.
