Well, there's always the train, but I'm not sure I'd be able to afford the the fare. - £46.10. If I can afford it, would anybody be able to pick me up from the station?

I could manage that.

You could look into either National Express or pre-booking train tickets. Either way, booking at this point would probably net you some fairly hefty discounts...

There's a spare lesson slot for anyone who wants it, but the recreational stuff hasn't been booked at all yet

Let me know if you want to come along, and if you need the lesson or just want to muck around with some of us on the main slope.

leon - drive straight down the road, take the first right, right again, right again, right again and go back home. There's a reason no one's given you the details.

I'm just kidding!

are you going? im so going to push u over

ermm i thought you couldnt get through to the ticket office the last i heard. so is everything going as planned? how much is the whole thing going to cost?

£31 for the recreational boarding if not enough people show for the discount (looking likely unfortunately...)

£27 for those having lessons.

Whatever you want for the food afterwards (should be less than £10 if you don't want loads, could be a LOT less if you decide not to eat with us )

Some cost for getting there.

Got through to the ticket office in the end. Then one of the guys havign a lesson dropped out, so I have a spare that I've been trying to sell!

Any takers yet? (that's a beginner lesson for boarding with the other MAPpers, and will cost £27 for the lesson and £5 if you need to hire waterproof clothing)

ok, with a few drop outs, etc, it looks like there are going to be 3 of us from MAP doing the recreational boarding (and laughing at the noobs doing their first lessons!)

Any ammendments to the "list" to me by the end of the day, as I'll book the places this evening
