greeting card purchases in the USA? Marketing research estimates men account for only 15 to 20 percent of greeting card purchases in the united states.Furthermore,young consumers and those over 50dont buy as many cards as those in middle age.Why do you think this is so? what can Hallmark do to reach these two segments?
 
I would agree. I am a man and I let my lady go out and buy my greeting cards for me. They usually have better taste then the the dumb ones I would pick. Since I couldn't care less about greeting cards, I would pick the first one on the shelf and get out of there.
