...I do? They are charging me $580!? I have a 2001 BMW from Carmax with a few problems. I decided to take it to the BMW dealership for repair and pay the $75 deductible (instead of taking it to Carmax and paying the $50). The warranty company accepts that my problems were indeed covered under warranty, but are refusing to pay the full amount, claiming they will not pay for diagnostic time (though Carmax never charged me for this.) They also claim there is a difference in labor and parts costs between what the warranty company says labor and parts should cost and what the BMW dealership charges. What can I do? I am being charged $580 when it should only be $75.
