Memory parity error, samsung netbook, please help?

my Samsung netbook is running Windows 7 Ultimate and has 1GB RAM.
Regularly im getting a blue screen and it says on it

*** Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
***The system has halted***


what does that mean? i was told it was the ram so ive ordered a stick of 2GB RAM. its a Samsung N110.
 
Hi Samuel!
Had same errors, hope this works on your computer too. Atheros AR9285 WLAN chip on my N140 and no problems anymore after changing driver for it.
Try to find version 9.2.0.113.
