MENTAL CYCLING FITNESS TO GET ME SOOO FIT IN 6 MONTHS.?

I want to get absoloutley MENTAL fit in 6 months, like i mean soo fit, unbelievably fit and able to do things i never thought were possible, i want to be SO Pyshically fit that i would find a 10 mile sprint EASY. I want to absoloutley MENTALLY FIT.

At the moment, i have a basic level of fitness but i have a mega phobia of running, it is wierd because i don't mind hard cycling or other types of fitness indoors but running especially outside..i am terrified. i could never explain what or why but i do. I always try and avoid it but i can't.

I can no longer go to the only gym here because i was banned. I live in southern spain but rural where there are mountains ect but the weather is hot.

I do need to fight this and get insane fitness so i can join the army next year. I failed once and i will NOT fail again.

Please help!
