Hello i have mercedes benz s320 1992
after too day i check coolent level and it is very good , but today when i drive my car the temp it is begin to be hi and the dashbord flash on coolent level low , when i check the coolent the water level is so low ? i wait answer whats the problem where is the water gone and what i must to do and what is the normal temp for my car 80c or 90c

The thermostat opens up at 87 C so high 80's to low 90's is normal engine operating temperature. But it can easily go above 100 C if you're sitting in stop n' go traffic in the summer and with the A/C running. That is also normal.

As for the coolant level, it is normal for it to fluctuate. That is why you'll see different marking on the bottle for hot and cold levels.
 
if the coolant drains so quickly, you might have a punctured hose or radiator. Sometimes when people go on gravel roads, random rocks, and other sharp objects can puncture the hose/radiator. My advice is to fill the coolant and stick around for a while and check if any is leaking under the car. If it is a hose, a dealership or parts store (NAPA, O'Rileys, CarQuest...) can order those in, same with the radiator; then you can switch those out yourself or get to a mechanic. if it is leaking from a pump or anything other then radiator or hose, take it to a shop and have them take a look at it.
