I just got the Blitz and it wont send or receive picture messages, it wont pull up the web and its mobile IM wont work... any one else have this problem?
I have unlimited messaging and all that fun stuff.
You might not have it in your plan. All of those actions can be blocked by either the company or whoever's name is on your bill. If your name is the primary one on the plan (you pay the bills) you should check with your provider. They will be able to help you out. Also, go into your settings and select "My Verizon". Go into the My features section and see if any of those options are selected or deselected.
Also, I would hate to say it, but you got a terrible phone. You will be dialing people from your pants all day long. I know it looks cool. But looks can be deciving. You should check out some other ones if you start to have problems. AND DO NOT GET THE SAMSUNG GLYDE. Also a terrible phone.
