Hi everybody, a few days ago, I parked my car on the side of street at a parking meter for less than a minute b/c my friend asked me to stop for a second so he could go and drop some movies at the video store. I thought he had put some coins in the meter but later I realized he hadn’t. I was sitting in the car while he was gone and it only took us 2-3 minutes. As I was pulling out of the parking meter, I saw a mini van with flashing lights behind me in the middle of the street. I’m not sure if it was police or not but after we left there, I started getting worried and began thinking it might have been police that saw us and noticed that we hadn’t put money in the meter. Nobody in that mini van stopped us or signaled us to stop but I’m just worried and thinking that it might have been police that took our license plate number. What do you think? Do you think this could be a possibility? Is there any way for them to check and read the meters from a distance? Thank you very much in advance for your answers, sincerely, Rojin
