2. Are there any safe software, which I could use if its is safe?
3. why do so many people, don't get caught?
4. What do you use personally?

If you answer all the questions above, you get "best award" especially if you finish 2 in detail.
 
1st of all this is the dumbest question ever(NO OFFENCE)!!wy would u download torrents without ur broadband supplier knowing i mean like he is not gonna arrest u for downloadin torrents!
