might try a boxing routine at home??? but im a karate practitioner?

ok... well im a karate practitioner... i wanna try and improve my punching speed and power... used to do abit of boxing before but thought i do it at home.... like once a week ???

so 2 rounds of skipping (Warm up)... and by the way each round is 3 minutes.
then 4/6 rounds of shadow boxing
then 3/4 punching mitts or sparring or punch bag (i ask my bro or something for mitts and sparring)
then speed bag 3/4 rounds

i got equipment at home enywayz... like punchbag, speed bag... ect... weights.

but my main focus in karate but it wouldnt hurt doing this once a week.... cause i do like boxing.... i watch boxing on tv but i cant find no karate fights (tordements) on tv :(.... but is this allright.... thinking doing this on wensday... but if you can tweak it abit then do let me know lol
