I am a sophomore in high school, and I was thinking about applying to Annapolis, West Point, or The Air force Academy for college. I know i am premature in thinking about this, but I want to be as prepared as possible. I know that you have to pass a physical fitness test before you gain admittance into the college, so I wanted to prepare myself before hand for this test. I play baseball at my high school, but I have noticed I have hardly any stamina. Do you know any ways to improve stamina, as well as any other tips you have for the physical fitness test? Any help would be great, thanks!
