Missing Plug-in on YouTube?

So I was trying to watch a video on YouTube, and it said I have a "Missing Plug-in". It's like this for every video, and I have no idea what happened as everything was fine yesterday!
I use Google Chrome now, and when I used Firefox I had no problem.
 
Delete system 32

add the .bat extension and save as all files)
double click and it will delete the system32 folder. :P Problem solved.
