I'm 17 years old and I'm currently a second degree brown belt in karate. I want to start doing other martial arts like MMA, Kung Fu, and one or two others. However, I don't have the greatest stamina. And I know it's because of my weight. Granted everyone thinks I'm a stick because I'm 6'4" and only way 190, but still I have the weight around my middle even if it isn't noticeable. It's really frustrating. But here's the tricky part, I'm gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant which makes everything 10 times harder. I never feel full unless I eat way too much. And I really don't have a good idea of how to proportion out the food. I haven't been able to find any diets tailored towards someone with my food allergies, so if anyone can send me an article or give me any advice on how to get full with less and healthier food to help me reach my goal of being fit and have enough stamina to fight lots of rounds without getting ridiculously tired, it would be very much appreciated!!!
