what do we do? He did it when we weren't home.

the best thing is not to face him now, cuz he will feel bad that you r watching him. then he will not give a shit.
you and ur mom should be more close to him maybe he feel sad and not happy with your life, start to show him some respect and love , i think he will stop doing anything stupid......
