Most Complete UFC Card? (to show some beginners)?

Alright, I'm having a UFC night and am going to show a UFC that's out on DVD to some of my friends that don't watch. The goal is to show them a some really well executed/diverse MMA (basic submissions, good knockout, 3 round battles, etc.).

I was hoping for some suggestions of which card to show. I'm leaning more towards some more recent events, with fighters that are still active. What do you think?

(Thanks in advance for your suggestions!)
