so recently, I added a visual pattern code for my motorola quench just for security, about an hour later I forgot the pattern and tried desperately opening the phone using similar patterns for every code. it then told me that I had to log in via. my motoblur login and password, and I know that these are correct but it won't let me log in
I had also logged into the motorola website with the same motoblur login and password, this is my first phone with motoblur

I have actually logged into the motoblur site with my computer, it works but doesn't proceed any further on my phone.
btw what's does a factory wipe actually wipe? e.g. texts, apps, videos etc.
