I need to put this phone onto U.S. cellular but everything asks for an IMEI number to unlock it, this phone uses a hex/del number instead of IMEI, or atleast i think it does. Anyone know how to do this. I bought this phone because everything said i could unlock it but this is looking to be wrong. if this is the fact anyone want a phone at a great price? =)

Sorry dude, but you cannot unlock that phone. The term "unlocking" refers to GSM phones which have serial numbers as IMEI and also uses sim cards. What you have there is a CDMA phone, which does not use sim cards and serial numbers are by both heximal and decimal. Unlocking on a CDMA phone would only mean to unlock certain phone features, as some service providers like to lock some out. Verizon does this.
