Motorola Atrix 2 = Krap!!!!?

I'm on my second Atrix 2 in as many weeks. The first phone was returned due to the screen going blank when I used the dialer keypad (a known issue they clam now).
Well guess what, the new one does the say thing.

A short list of the issues I'm having:

1. Keypad issue stated above
2. Randomly can not slide to unlock screen to answer incoming calls
3. When plugged into computer with data cable, music library files don't exist, unplug cable and they appear....aka, I can't listen to any on-phone music while data cable is connected to computer. I will also get an error at times saying the SD card is busy with another app.
4. If I'm listening to Pandora, Sirrius, etc. and get a phone call, the phones "media" volume gets reset to zero. After call ends I have to manually turn it back up. This effects things like the alarm clock volume too. If you forget to do this after the call and you are relying on certain notifications, you're screwed.
5. The phone doesn't always ring for incoming calls.
6. once a day my phone reboots itself over and over and over until I manually power it down. I have an Otter Box case with a double shock cover (softcase inside hard case) and felt the heat on my leg when this happened....phone got extremely hot.
7. The AT&T maps app no longer works correctly. If I search for a place and select the icon on the map to list its address so I can generate a route, the phone just stays in search mode and never stops. I have to exit the app, google the address and then manually enter it as a end point and generate route. The app worked correctly for about 2 days.

Yes, this phone is going back as soon as I get back from my trip and I'm going back to my old, outdated iPhone until the iPhone 5 comes out this Spring.

Stay far away from the Atrix 2
