Motorola Backflip vs Motorola Flipside vs Samsung Captivate vs HTC Aria?

Ok so my At&t contract ends on Nov 1 and my dad is still staying with att, no question. I was wondering what phone out of the Backflip, Flipside, Captivate, and Aria to get. I am DEAD set on getting a phone with an android OS, coming from an iPhone 3G.

I would prefer a physical keyboard (Backflip and Flipside) but i will go with the others if the features out-weigh my need for a keyboard. Please help me decide, thanks :)

Samsung captivate for sure. IMO it's 2nd best to iPhone for AT&T. My friends have the flipside n backflip, the battery drains really quickly and it gets old after a while.
