Motorola C115 only Airtel and Vodafone Sim Card?

Some years ago I purchased Motorola C115 with Airtel Card. Now when I try to use another sim cards like Idea, Reliance, TATA, BSNL it do not work. Vodafone Card works in that phone, What can be done so that other network sim cards can be usable in that handset.
 
The phone will probably have to be unlocked to use other networks.
