Motorola C168 dropped in ice bath....?

I have a Motorola C168, from ATT go phone, and I dropped it in an ice back on Saturday night. I look it apart and let it dry, and it slowly started working again. the best way for it to work was to take the battery out for an hour or two, then use it. Then last night, the battery died so I let the phone charge and now it won't turn on at all. Is this phone salvageable or is it time to get a new one? If I do have to get a new one, then how would I go about switching my go phone account to another phone?
