Motorola devour wont download pictures from newer htc phone?

My phone won't accept picture messages from newer htc phones. It won't download them. I've even had them sent to my email and then checked my email thru my phone and it still won't dowload. Is my phone not compatible with their picture settings? Can I change this? Is this normal?
Any ideas are appreciated

I think there should not be such a problem, it may just your phone setting problems, you can get the phone supplier for help, don't worry and good luck to you!
