Motorola flipout!!!T-mobile!?

Ok so I am gonna buy the Motorola flipout on amazon,but before I do so I need to know if a T-mobile phone card could work in this device.
When I looked on the info about it on amazon,it said it could be used for t-mobile and AT&T purposes.
****i have no contract ; prepaid!--but I know if I find a phone,I could pretty much is it on my contract(the contract doesn't really matter**all I want is to buy the phone)**
 
Hi if the Motorola Flipout mobile is unlocked one then you can freely use it with t-mobile or any other GSM sim .Else if the Motorola mobile is locked to some other network provider then you can't use it with any other GSM sim until you unlock it ...You can easily unlock your phone using sites like SimpleUnlocking.com they are providing unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost .You first check that whether the code is available for your country and network provider .If yes then pay for it and unlock your phone .
