Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset Problem?

I followed the instructions in the the quick-start manual which was charge the headset for 2 hours then you can turn it on by holding in the call button. when i hold it in the blue lights starts flashing which according to the manual is completely normal but it will eventually stay still. it says if it keeps flashing turn off the headset and repeat step 2 (hold in until it turns on) so i do this and it keeps flashing!

please, please help
 
No idea what you are trying to connect it to. Try holding it in till it comes on (you should hear it's come-on sound) and then just press the button once and see if you hear a second beep or what ever. then look at the device that you are sending it to and see if it read it.
