Motorola K1M Krzr, is it a phone with known overcharging battery problems? The Verizon store guy said this. Both of my batteries expanded and now only hold a charge for about 5 minutes.

1 Is it a known bad phone model for the battery overcharging problem?
2 Is there a way to fix it?
