motorola Krave Zn4 phone question?

ive had my krave for a couple months now, and my sisters had hers for like a year almost. but i wanted to know if you can change, or get changed, the icons on the front when you close it.....because we dont have Vcast tv, or the VZ navigator, so i wanted to change those. can this be done? do i have to take it in to a verizon store to get it done?
