MOTOROLA MOTO w755? Help!!?

I have the motorola moto w755 in purple. I got it in june, so its only abut 6 months old. Last week it wouldn't let me make or receive calls, only texts. Then it worked again


Now there is a blue screen with the M on it and the says

BOOTLOADER USB INIT


I took the battery out and started it over and it happened again.
 
I hope you had backup assistant and a memory card!
Unfortunately there was something corrupted on the phone (picture, contact, video, etc) or in the software and cause this to happen.

You can try and get electrical contact cleaner and drip it into the ports, but this more than likely won't work.

If you bring it into shop, they should replace it for you.

I completely understand whats going on, it sucks, I'm sorry :(
 
In my case a w755 model phone, if it just reboots and goes back to the bootloader usb init bluescreen no matter what, even if you take out the battery for a minute or try rebooting it with no battery and just the AC adapter. If nothing works, try tethering the phone to your computer and run 'motorola software update', it was able to connect, update/uncorruptify the software on the phone and now it works fine again.
