Motorola Photon extended battery and otterbox??? ?

I have the motorola photon. I live the phone to death, its been amazing. I have an extended life battery and an otterbox commuter case for it as well. Has gotten anyone found any cases for the extended battery? Has anyone modified the otter to fit? I love having the extra life but i really dont like not having it in a case. Please help. Thanks.
