Motorola Rival A455 glitches?

Recently my Motorola Rival A455 started to glitch when I slid the screen up to type a message. After it glitches for a while, it will go white. The only way to fix this is to restart my phone. But as soon as I slide it up again, the screen glitches. Therefore, I can't text anybody, only call. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you.
 
MOTOROLA RIVAL PHONE!

i also have the motorola rival....and the line is is thats is piece of junk....i have tried everything to fix the glitches......nothing works......get a new phone!
