My phone has the really over sensitive touch screen, the keys don't work, when I have like 300 texts in my inbox I go to reply to the message the phone shuts off, & whenever I try to text or press a button the touch buttons go off & it brings up a new menu. This is my 3rd motorola rival, I had this phone for at least 10 months my 1st one broke due to the screen breaking where it goes completly black & the second one the same thing & this one I have no Idea it really pisses me off sometimes. Are all these problems covered by warranty, after the 3rd phone would they give me a new phone because I'm sick of this phone.
