Motorola Rival saying "bootloader verizon 1193" what do I do!?

I think it was about two nights ago my phone went completly black and then it wouldn't turn on until yesterday morning and then later that night it started to say the bootloader thing and I am not sure what to do!? Like do I have to download something or what

Sorry, there's not a whole lot that you can do in this situation other than take it to Verizon and see what your replacement options are
