i downloaded da win xp driver for this modem.but when i select da driver path in da have disk option in the add hardware wizard,in da list was written "motorola sm56pci speakerphone modem(serial wave device disabled)" and when i clickd next,it only showd com1 and com2 in da ports list while the thing is on com3.how do i install it?another thing,a process "killer.exe" runs in my winxp,always there in da task manager though i terminate it.what IS this thing?
