Motorola U9 help!! How to check voicemail?

When I call to my network voicemail number, they ask me for my password. When I try to enter it, the phone tries to make another call at he same time. How can I do to enter my password without this problem??

If you have never set-up your vm before, the default code would be your phone number. I do not remember if it's with or without the area code, you'll have to try both. If you have set-up your vm before, it is whatever code you made up. In worst case, you can call your service provider and have them reset your vm. Keep in mind that by resetting the vm, you will lose any and all vm already there.
