So, I have a motorola with no service, I have a couple of pictures on it. I want to transfer some pictures on my pc, and I have the usb cord. The thing is that I've already downloaded a software or something named "motorola driver installer". Everytime I plug the phone to the pc, the only thing that it does is to charge it, but never appears on 'my computer". Oh and at my icons there's this thing that says "searching for preconfigured folders". What do I do?
