Motorola Xoom Singapore Jellybean Update?

Okay so I've looked online for a long, good, frustrating while for any news or dates on when the Jellybean update will be available for non-U.S. (Singapore, preferably) Motorola Xoom's. If anybody can please give me any ideas as to when it might come out, or if you know of any links, can you please post them!
