msn is not working, troubleshoot.?

hey, my msn isnt working. it has always worked and never failed me my internet is completely connected this has been happening for over a week. my brother and i checked out our firewall settings and we did everything we could and it doesnt work. troubleshoot comes up.

help :(

trouble shoot and see what the problem is. when you find out ask that question. this question is much to vague to answer.

try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work u could try these websites; u could use msn messenger for free without downloading it.
