Music newbie trying to teach myself to play piano and guitar?

I studied the basics of music in school for a year..I know the lines on sheet music are E-G-B-D-F. And the spaces are F-A-C-E. I'm handy with the guitar and the piano, but it's really just fooling about with it, I can play a few pop songs on the piano and one on the guitar(struggling to change chords) But I really wanna teach my self how to play them properly. Is there any websites to help with this?
