My 12v car stereo wiring has no constant, what do i do?

when i tested my wiring today, the 12V battery (orange wire) had no flow. my radio stopped working 2 weeks ago and ive been trying to install a new one ever since. Im at a wits end before i take it to the shop even though i just got the car and would like to learn to make my own repairs. HELP!

Turn the key to the "run" position and check again. Check for voltage not "flow". Google "how to install a car stero"

Tap into a 12v from somewhere else. Have you checked the relevant fuse for the radio circuit already?
