My 13 year old daughter is irresponsible... how can I delay her menstrual cycle

I very much doubt you can without having her womb ect removed, its all to do with nature.
But just because she's irresponsible doesn't mean you have to delay her periods,
There are things such as the pill, implant or coil if you fear she'll get pregnant.
But as for delaying them, i doubt that very much.

You can't stop your daughter growing up into a woman and especially can't control her menstrual cycle. Sorry, but you sound irresponsible for even suggesting it.
