my 1969 chevy truck starts but doesn't stay on what should i do?

right after my belt snapped and radiator sprayed everywhere my engine doesn't want to stay running what should i do
the oil doesn't have coolant in it so i don't think the head is blown so what should i do next the pressure seems to be fine while i drive it
no lack of power in the engine
