My 1989 Mazda 929 will start but won't stay running?

I've changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, and I still can't her the pump turn on when i turn the ignition switch on. I can here it when I attempt to start my car only. Can a bad ignition switch be the problem? or is it a faulty relay? don't seem to be getting power at the fuel pump in the on position.

Get a fuel pressure tester and test the fuel pressure and compare to specs key on engine off and key on engine on. You dont "test" fuel pressure on any vehicle "listening for a hum".
