...before we changed the fuse though? my 1990 lexus ls400 wont start after i changed the fuse that controls the radio, tail light, steering wheel adjuster. if i take out the new fuse the car starts but all the above things wont work but if i put the fuse in the car wont start but all the above will work. any suggestions?
