my 1993 dodge ram 150 van makes a loud noise?

my van makes a loud noise it sounds like vibrating from the rear of the van i the guy i bought it from said it started making the noise when the mechanic switched out the motor i looked un der the van and i didnt see nothing loose or out of place can some1 tell me wut it could be

it only does it when i accelerate on take off once i let the gas go and start driving again it stops it doesnt do it when im driving only on take off
