My 1993 gmc safari front left window dont roll down far, help?

I have a 1993 gmc safari. The front left window driver side will roll down about 4 inches then it makes a grinding noise. Same if i roll it up. It has never went lower then 4 inches. Today my right front windoe stoped working all together. About a week ago i noticed if door was open the passenger window would not roll down. But if u shut the door it would. Then today nothing. Checked the switch it good. Help. Where can i get motor regulator for both sides cheap.?
 
Im sorry, I dont know where you can buy the motors. But if it isn't the motors then you could try fixing it yourself. It might be part of the door mechanism that keeps it from closing to easily thats come apart. You can open up the front of the door and make some adjustments. If its not that then it could be damage caused by slamming the door which causes something minor to get in the way of the window, sometimes even the door frame.
