My 2002 honda civic lx shakes a lot in idle and in park?

I've went to dozens of shops and had many things done to the car which still has not fixed the problem. I had engine mounts replaced, aligned/balanced my tires, replaced a faulty o2 sensor etc. I finally narrowed it down to a good tune up, but my mechanic checked one of the spark plugs and said its perfect. Does he need to check all of the spark plugs? He also put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in my full tank and asked me to come in in a few weeks to see if its still shaking (which it still is) and have the engine flushed... if not that, then he would have to replace the torque converter... is there any other ideas you guys have on what's possibly causing my car's incestuous shaking?
