I have an At&t 3g cellphone. It always said 3g at the upper left corner of the screen. Now it says 2.5g. When I restart the phone, the At&t 3g power up displays, then I get to my main screen. It always said 3g. I have no idea whatsoever on why this change happened.
My cellphone is the Motorola Karma if that helps.
I would like to know if I could resolve this problem other than having to call customer service which I might end up having to do. (Not a big fan since they make you stay on the phone with them forever)
