My 92 Honda Civic floors are soaked every time it rains...?

It only soaks the passenger side front and back seat floors. I don't leave the windows open...I don't have a sunroof. It happens when the car is just sitting in the drive. The seats are all dry so it's not dripping down from above anywhere that I can see. Have you had any problems like this?
And now that the floors have been soaked, when it gets warm out it smells all mildewed. I hate this. What can I do?
 
1st of all u have a leak more likely on ur passenger rear side winwod or on the top of ur door jam Or on the passenger window make sure it goes under neath the rubber not over it mine was going over so it keept getting my passenger seat wet the i noticed the window dint riloe up on the rubber it when over it fixed it no more leaks
O and bout getting ur interior dry check weather make sure its not gona rain n leave ur windows crack or stick it in ur garage ans turn on the heater
 
It's very likely that the gaskets (weather stripping) of the passenger side windows has come loose or deteriorated. Rain runs down the window inside the car door, pools at the bottom of the door and leaks onto the floor.

This should be a fairly easy and inexpensive repair to repair the leak.

The carpet is another matter. Depending on how extensively the mold/mildew has taken hold, you may need to replace the carpet. This can be expensive.

In the mean time, keep your car windows open whenever it is not raining so your carpet can dry out all the way. Carry a couple of open boxes of baking soda to help with the odor. When the carpet is all the way dry, you might sprinkle a box of baking soda all over the affected carpet and vacuum it up to help alleviate the odor.
